After an extensive 2-year architectural and museum renovation, the MUDO finally reopens the Palais Renaissance doors on 25th January 2015 with its 19th century collections, from First Empire to Third Republic, to be exhibited in new rooms and revamped on a regular basis. The museum tour revolves around the works of Thomas Couture and his 1792 Enlistment of Volunteers (currently in restoration).
