Normandy coastline
Normandy coastline

The Côte d'Albâtre, the Côte Fleurie, the Côte de Nacre (literally the Alabaster, Flowered and Mother-of-Pearl Coasts), the Cotentin Coast and the bay of Mont Saint Michel - the Normandy coastline has a wide variety of landscapes. Chalky cliffs or grassy dunes, long beaches of fine sand or swathes of pebbles, its coastal landscapes help the visitors recharge their batteries. They offer summer breaks which are sometimes wild or which can be a little refined.
Artists take advantage of the various shades of grey and green and the soft lighting to paint these fickle landscapes as they change with the weather.
